QuLink Technology ("QuLink", "we", "us") operates qulink.top to provide information about machine control boards and to receive project inquiries from business visitors. This policy explains what data we collect on this site and how we use it.

  • RFQ form: name, company, contact details, project description, and the checklist fields you submit.
  • Technical context: page URL, browser user agent, and approximate location (country/city/IP) collected when you submit the form so we can route and respond to your inquiry.
  • Site analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) may collect page views, referral source, device/browser type, and interaction events such as RFQ form starts, WhatsApp clicks, and email clicks.

How we use data

We use RFQ submissions and related technical context only to review your machine project, reply to your inquiry, and follow up on sample or integration discussions. We use analytics to understand which pages and calls-to-action help visitors find the right information.

Sharing and processors

RFQ notifications may be delivered through our internal messaging workflow. Analytics data is processed by Google under Google's terms. If you contact us on WhatsApp or email, those providers process your message under their own policies.

Retention

We keep RFQ correspondence for as long as needed to handle your project inquiry and reasonable business follow-up. Analytics retention follows our GA4 property settings.

Your choices
