Project fit

For sauna, steam rooms, spa cabins, and timed venues

Buyer signals

  • Sauna or steam rooms with a contactor, relay, or timer input.
  • Spa cabins that need QR payment or app start.
  • Venues replacing coin, card, or manual timers.
  • Operators that need session and fault visibility.

What to send first

  • Machine photo or existing board photo
  • Interface or wiring note if available
  • Target action after API command or payment
  • Whether telemetry or data upload is required

Not the right fit if

  • You only need a pure payment acquiring account and no machine-side control.
  • There is no physical machine action after payment, booking, or API approval.
  • The project has no machine photo, board photo, wiring note, or interface clue yet.

Integration model

Payment approval starts a safe timed session

QuLink provides the control signal to the existing contactor or timer, runs the session, and reports status. Heater safety and electrical protection remain part of the machine design.

Machine interface
relay output, contactor signal, dry contact, sensor input, RS485 option
Trigger source
QuLink QR payment, app approval, operator panel, or server command
Session control
start, timed run, stop, extend, query status
Data returned
session start/end, duration, temperature/fault if available, online status
Project mode
coin-timer retrofit, spa cabin rollout, OEM controller

Workflow

From machine interface to API-controlled result.

Review the control circuit

Confirm contactor, thermostat, timer, emergency stop, and sensor wiring with qualified personnel.

Map price to time

Define price, duration, maximum session, extension rules, and stop behavior.

Start the session

QuLink closes the control signal after payment or server approval.

Report status

Your backend receives start, end, fault, and available temperature or usage data.

API example

A clear server command or webhook for the machine-side action.

The exact command fields depend on machine interface, firmware profile, and whether payment or your own app triggers the action.

Project RFQ

Send a machine photo. We help identify the board, interface, and next test step.

Send sauna controller and contactor photos, wiring notes, safety setup, price and duration rules, target payment flow, and quantity.

A good first message

If you are unsure about the exact interface, send what you have. Photos often answer more than a long spec.

  • Machine type and target country
  • Machine photo, board photo, or wiring photo
  • Action after payment or API command
  • Need data upload? expected quantity?
Fastest first step
  • Send a machine photo
  • Describe the action after API or payment
  • Tell us if data upload is needed
Project checklist

Tip: include machine type, target action after payment/API, photo availability, and expected quantity. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Have machine or board photos? Send them on WhatsApp — we usually review photos there first.

FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask before a sample test.

Can QuLink control a sauna heater?

QuLink provides a low-voltage control signal to an existing contactor or timer. Heater power, protection, and safety certification must be handled by qualified electrical personnel.

Can it read temperature?

Yes when a compatible sensor or controller signal is available; otherwise the project can control time only.

Can it replace a coin timer?

Often yes if the existing timer accepts a relay or dry-contact signal. The control circuit must be reviewed first.

Can it report faults?

Yes, when the machine exposes fault, over-temperature, or status signals that the board can read.

Is this a certified safety controller?

No. QuLink is an integration control board, not a replacement for the machine's certified safety and protection system.
